Job Role: Sr. Designer
Department: Design
Purpose: To understand work requirements and submit drawings as per Project schedule. Responsible to get the work done from draftsman.

*Job Description: –

1) Understanding Project Requirements: –
                                                                       -Receive datasheet from Sales department and verify the specification.

2) Preparation & Submission of Drawings :-
                                                                       -Understand the work requirements & assign the work to team members to ensure release of drawings as per schedule to meet Project deadlines.

                                                                      -Verify the drawings prepared by Draftsman as per Data Sheets, drawings and verbal instructions. Identify the errors in drawings and get the same corrected from the Draftsman. Prepare & submit drawings as per schedule.

                                                                     -After corrections in drawings submit it to Production department for final check and approval.

                                                                       -Prepare final drawings and issue to Production, Project and department.

3) Continual Improvement:-
                                                -Monitor the ongoing work processes/systems and do the continual improvement to improve performance.

4)People Management:-
                                         -Set goals for team members. Provide guidance & coaching to improve performance & motivation. Ensure to achieve departmental and individual goals.

5) MIS & Reporting: –
                                   -Compile and provide daily/monthly work reports to Manager as per requirement.

Job Role: Control Engineer
Department: Automation

*Job Description: –

-Developing the control system concept, safety concept.

-Developing the offline logic, HMI SCADA & Safety program.

-Should have experienced in Robot Interfacing and Interlocking.

-Commissioning of the PLC system on site.

-Should have experience in Diagnosis and debugging of logic.

-Frequent travel & deputation to customer site is required.

-Studying the scope of project and defining the Electrical Hardware in control in control panel including PLCs & filed devices like servo, sensors etc.

-Making Device lists & Tag list.

-Technical discussion with customer.       

-Defining Line deducting layout.

-Close working with mechanical Design Team + Controls Team +Electrical Assembly Teams & Commissioning Team.

*Experience: 2-4 Years in Automation/Robotics
*Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical/Automation/Robotics
